__ About CrossFit __ CrossFit is a movement that uses the full range of human body abilities, especially power. It incorporates elements of strength training and cardiovascular exercise. The emphasis is on technical movement and an individualized training routine. The core values of CrossFit are strength, cardiovascular conditioning, focus on strength, flexibility, mental toughness, and discipline. CrossFit is not about size or form. The fitness and sports communities are evolving and the need for fitness that fits the athlete as well as for what suits the athlete is ever changing.
